FIRE SAFETY

New fire regulations for self-catering accommodation in England and Wales
came into force on 1st October 2023. 

All self catering providers now have a duty to follow guidance issued under
Article 50 of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005
and adopt the measures recommended therein.  

As part of our commitment to ensure our guests feel completely safe when they visit us,
we have produced a written Fire Risk Assessment and associated Action Plan.

Please note that guests should familiarise themselves with both the:
Fire Action Notice (also displayed in the Nest Bootroom)
and the Fire Risk Assessment.

These documents are also available on 'Vamoos' (our guest app) 
and as hard copies within our Information File onsite. 
Our amended Terms & Conditions also reflect the Fire Risk policy updates for all bookings.
